Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just follow the steps below (however in the unlikely event of a problem with your order do please contact us first).

We cannot guarantee the replacement item will still be in stock when the original item arrives back to us. If you would like to ensure the availability of the product please place a new order at Sportset.com and we will refund the original item(s).

Please complete the above and enclose inside your package with the returned items.

We will exchange goods within 30 days (except made to order clothing) handling fee £2 Shoes and £1 other items, the fee can be charged automatically to your credit card or enclosed payment with your return. Enclose your original invoice or complete this form. Make sure you obtain a Certificate of Posting, this will not cost you any extra (Covers goods to the value of £30). Please note: Sportset are unable incur the shipping costs to exchange goods internationally, if the customer requires an exchange then the customer is liable for all shipping charged at cost. Any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card, PayPal Account prior to any refund.

All refunds and exchanges should take no more than 2 working days from when the item(s) arrive in our warehouse. Please allow for a further 2 days for your refund to show up in your bank account or a replacement item(s) to be delivered. Refunds will not be made on manufactured to order clothing.

Returned items must be unused and have all the original packaging and tags intact so that the items can be resold. If we find the items have not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Faulty Items

In the event you need to return an item deemed faulty, please use a Royal Mail 48 delivery service. (We will only refund delivery fees for Royal Mail 48) Make sure you obtain a Certificate of Posting, this will not cost you any extra (Covers goods to the value of £30).
