Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or any other country, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds from your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and other Debit Cards. You will be informed by email if the product you require is no longer available, or in the case of Backordered items, asked if you wish to wait or cancel your order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, by post or over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Shipping And Handling DELIVERY. Free delivery items dispatched second class post or with carrier of our choice. (Signature on delivery may be required) Allow five working days for delivery. First class post £3.00. Guaranteed 48 hour service (NO SATURDAY DELIVERIES) £7. (orders must be placed before 12:00)

Delivery Schedule DELIVERY. Free delivery items dispatched second class post or with carrier of our choice. (Signature on delivery may be required) Allow seven working days for delivery. First Class Post and other services available at the customers expense.

DISPATCH. All ex-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours, other items such as made to order products and out of stock items will be acknowledged with expected delivery date. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders Items will be acknowledged with expected delivery date, in the event this is unacceptable we will cancel your order. Your credit card will not have been charged at this point as all such charges are made on dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Tax Charges Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer where fire wall protection is provided to isolate our systems while connected. The details are not held in clear text on any web site.

For you and your credit card protection you may be required to produce identification on delivery. Current UK credit card rules dictate that deliveries can only be made to the billing address of the credit card holder.

Guarantee FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please notify us and return the item as instructed, we will refund second class postage or appropriate fee for the return. A replacement item will then be dispatched. In the event you wish to cancel the order a full no-quibble refund including handling charges will be made.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange goods within 7 days (except made to order clothing) handling fee £2 Shoes and £1 other items, the fee can be charged automatically to your credit card under your instruction. ENCLOSE YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE and follow the returns document delivered with your order, MAKE SURE YOU OBTAIN A RECEIPT OF POSTING, this will not cost you any extra (Covers goods to the value of £24).

CANCELLATION

We will offer you a no-quibble refund (less handling charges) on goods which do not meet your expectations returned to us in original condition within 7 days of delivery, before returning any goods please notify us. NO refunds can be accepted on made to order products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
